I bought htc 820 for 24k, ItÂ’s been 1 year 8 month. My phone facing problem of poor touches sense. The touch doesn’t work. I have to tap at least 5-6 times to type one letter. I am not able user my htc properly.
I contacted HTC customer service they suggested factory format; however after reset itÂ’s not working Â…. Ridiculous.
I will never buy and recommend htc product in my life.
I suggest yes but there is a problem with poor battery backup and heating issues, other than that it is still the most wanting phone because it offers good performance with great camera.
