HTC is heating up the mid range smartphone market with its desire range of phones and the 826 is another great example of a phone with good features for an affordable price. It follows the same design philosophy as the rest of the desire series.
Pros:
great cameras. 13MP front and back! The image quality is good and the camera has lots of editing and picture options.
Price: retailing at 23k to 24k. Value for money
OS: Android with sense 6 is just the best. Better than other OEMs where there are a lot bloatware.
Processor: comes with Snapdragon 615 which does fairly good handling. barely any lag or handing of phone. enough power and speed for an average user
battery: the battery life is of solid 14+ hours on a full charge with regular usage
Cons:
Size: while big phones are in these days, a 5.5 inch screen(phone sieze crosses 6 inches) is too big for my taste. one hand usage gets tricky.
colors: most places available only in white and blue. would have loved to see the quirky colors that HTC usually has for their phones.
design: same boring design that we see everywhere. no difference from any other Desire series phone
If you are looking for a decent looking phone that is fun to use, then you should go for this. Great price, great UI, great camera.
