Bought the phone on 12 th of November 2016 and just after couple of days of usage, the screen started malfunctioning. The display was not working properly so I went to the shop where I purchased the phone on 17 th of nov. It is company policy that if the phone is having any manufacturing defect and returned within 10 days of purchase, the phone should be replaced by the company and new phone should be issued but it is not the same with HTC. They didnt replace the phone but assured that the screen would be replaced within 1 week. Now the problem with me was that I didnt had any spare phone and that should be provided by them but I had no option. As they didnt provide me with spare phone, I needed to buy a spare phone worth rupees 1200 for few days of usage. I got the phone after multiple calls and 9 days. Now the phone was ok for the next 2 days only till I played a song and found out that the loudspeaker was not working. After multiple tries and tests when I was confirmed, I took the phone back to them and they accepted their fault and rectified the speaker. But the harassment I took for 15 days even after buying a new phone is worst experience. Also the display is not good. You can see pixelation on it. Camera is also not good with less details and grainy pictures. Also over heats when playing games and battery backup is so bad that you need to charge the phone 2-3 times a day. No fast charging. Not worth buying
