I baught HTC 828 with 3 gb ram , 4 months back n havingh display problem , facing also battery problem , n it’s sound is very low , m Nt satisfy with phone , it’s been one month my phone is at service center n no hope for one more month there services are very poor they are not loyal with their customer as we bought 2 HTC 828 n 1 HTC 830 back to back n they even don’t provide good serives time to time , they doesn’t even avail parts , doesn’t matter your phone is in gurantee / warrante or Nt u can’t get services , u can buy at your risk of it. Once making problem get any harm or damage u have no other option to buy a new phone so now in future I won’t buy these phone m fully fed up with this .thanks a lot HTC.
