I have recently purchased the phone, but I feel sorry for buying the phone with old Android version at such a price. At lower price other brands are offering higher features and Android 6.0.1. Also there is no updates available from HTC for this model. The customer support from HTC is very poor and they are not friendly towards customer. Very bad experience with HTC as I have HTC brand for the first time compared with other brands like Samsung, Huawei, LG etc. Most of all this handset doesn’t detect Reliance Jio sim. When contacted customer service personnel does not give any satisfactory reply to this problem and they tell that due to Volte future of Reliance Jio it will not support Jio sim, where as Volte future is only for voice calling not data.
