This was my first and last HTC phone I had purchased this phone only because of its looks which I think this was my first mistake of purchasing a smartphone because after the 6 months it’s earphone were not working I take it to the call center good service provided by them at first time they replaced them in just a minute which I think HTC is a best brand and after the months my battery was not working I took it with them they told me to came after 1 week because battery was not available with them so I gave my phone to them and came back to home and when I do them came after 15 days kk I said it takes time then I did came after 20 days thought give them some extra days and when I went there they repeated the same thing and told after 15days when I came back after 15 days they told me finally my battery has come and some small repair is being done so I finally received my phone back
I take it to home I just used it for 1 days and then it again started the same problem with battery I take back again to the service centre they said your phone hardware is damaged and your warranty is over and it will cost you 5500 only so I take my phone back with me and still I have this phone
