HTC has done some unique things in smartphone indusrty.
Here are somethings about HTC one M8
Build - This is the best part of this phone. It is built like a tank and has a unibody metal construction. HTC has crafted it so good that the moment you hold it you feel the difference. It is slightly curved at back and looks great.
Display - It has a 5 inch 1080p super LCD screen with 441ppi . It is a very good panel, it is sharp and viewing angles are also good and colours look natural on it.
Performance - It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad core snapdragon 801 chipset with 2GB of ram. The performance is very good and it can play any game we want without any lag. It has 16GB internal storage which is expandable upto 128GB via micro SD card.
Camera - This is the weakest part of this phone. It has a 5MP front camera and 4 ULTRA PIXEL rear camera. The front camera does a decent job but the rear camera is not good. The images shot with it does not look sharp and even dont have enough details as it is just a 4 ultrapixel but one area where it does better than other phones is interms of low light photography. But this phone is not for those who take a lot of pics on their smartphones.
BOOM SOUND - This is the highlighting factor of it. It has dual front firing stereo speaker which HTC calls the BOOM SOUND. It is certainly the best speaker on any smartphone. It is not the loudest but definitely the clearest of all. It provides excellent sound while gaming or during any media consumption.
Battery - It has 2600 mah battery which does not seem to be enough but HTC has done some great optimizations and provides very good battery life. It also supports quick charge 2.0 so it can charge from 0-60% in just 30 min and it easily last for a full day with moderate usage.
Overall it is very good and excels in every filed except the camera.
