Future of HTC depends on One - HTC One

Build

It is one of the few Mobile phones that can match build quality of iPhone. The feel and finish is awesome. HTC One is build on finely carved single block of aluminium with the gorilla glass.

Key Specs

Snapdragon S600 - 1.7 GHZ Quad Core Processor -

This is supposed to be fastest mobile processor currently available and HTC One is the first phone in India with S600.

2 GB RAM

4.7"  with a FullHD -1080 x 1920 pixels

4 M - Rear Camera which uses HTC’s Ultra-Pixels technology.

2.1 M - Front Camera

32 GB Storage - There is no support for MicroSD Card which is disappointing

Boom Sound - It has speakers on the top and bottom of the screen. The Sound is clear and crisp which can set a new benchmark.

4.1 Jelly Bean - Though it is not latest from android but it is not missing any major function

HTC Sense 5 - It runs Sense 5 user interface on top of Jelly Bean. It’s an improved version of Sense 4

The most important change compared to its predecessor is ’Blinkfeed’.  This is like a full screen widget on the home screen which can allow you configure social media accounts like Facebook, twitter, Google + etc to see status updates from the friends. It also features News updates and weather

Weight - 140 Gms

It has two Buttons - Home and Back

Unlike the predecessor’s, the Back button cannot be used as Menu Button with a long press.

For Menu access, users have to rely on the virtual button. For Multitasking users have to press the Home button twice.

HTC One Camera produces detailed and sharp images in the day light though there are some minor contrast issues. It produces better result in HDR mode.

This is one of the smartphones which produces great pictures in Low light conditions.

HTC one has a feature called Zoe that allows users to create 3 Second Snapshot.

You can capture videos in Full HD which can produce awesome videos.

The Screen is sharp and crisp. We can read on the device under the direct sunlight.

Battery Lasts a day of usage

Overall it’s a High Class Smartphone with great user experience.

HTC One comes with the Price tag of Rs.42, 990

Negatives:

  1. Users cannot disable the Blinkfeed which is forcing information on you.

  2. No MicroSD card support 3. Ease of removing battery. You can check https://pricesbolo.com for latest prices from all online sellers.
