My Experience with HTC mobile which I had purchased just 6 month before:

This is Vijay Kumar Singh from Bangalore. I want to share my experience with my HTC Desire SV mobile which I had purchased after paying around 23000 INR just 6 month before. After completing 6 month, my mobile started rebooting automatchandru021y quiet often. So regarding this I contacted HTC customer care they told that I might have downloaded some unwanted apps which are causing this issue. So they suggested me to keep my mobile in safe mode to check whether auto reboot happens or not.
But unfortunately auto reboot issue didnt resolve by that so I again contacted customer care then they advised to do a factory reset, I also did factory reset hopping this time problem would be resolved. Again nothing changed same auto reboot issue was still there.
Finally they advised to handover my mobile to service center and then they will try to ressolve the problem. I had submitted my phone to service center thinking atleast now problem would be resolved. After 7 days I got my mobile back from service center, but unfortunately auto reboot issue was still there. Then again I contacted customer care and this time they advised me to submit once again and this time definitely problem would be resolved. Unfortunately my auto reboot issue has not been resolved yet. During this I would have contacted customer care almost 30-40 times. And this doesnt stop here, customer care people says sir your problem resolved and your mobile is in the way but when I called service ceter where I had submitted my mobile those guys say that they have not received yet and its higly impossible that they would have delivered your mobile so quickly.
When I ask those guys to replace my mobile they always repeat their words "Sir, if problem still occurs we will take appropriate action this time but we cant guarantee for replacement." So guys I am really very very frustrated with all that and feel that this is a very serious issue and they should immediate replace my phone if they are unable to resolve the issue. So I am advising you guys to think atleast 10 times before spending huge amount on buying useless HTC mobiles.
