What the hell HTC doing. I bought HTC One on 10 Sep-2013, On 5 Oct I submitted it on service center for 5 major problems. I asked for replacement. Some senior person called me from HTC and he told, "Please Collect your device from service center after repairing. We are giving 100% repair guarantee. After repair, If you will face any other problem then we will consider replacement".
On 15 Oct I collected device from service center. I checked device in service center itself. But device was still having the problem. Service center engineer checked device, and he took it back for repair.
Now what about HTC promise?
And yesterday I called customer care, I informed them about problems. Customer care executive told me they are not having any details of re-submission of device for repair. I have original slip, I got from service center.
On 15 Oct itself, from customer care end, One girl Priyanka told me to send proof of purchase to their email id, and inform us after sending email. I sent proof of purchase and informed them. But even after 2 days I didn’t got any response from HTC.
Today is 28 Oct, and still I haven’t received my device from service center.
