I bought a new HTC incredible S on 22-March 2012.
I started facing problem in June itself as my Light at HOME MENU SEARCH & BACK gone but still the phone was working fine. just after that in few days my whole display gone for a toss. I could receive call get mess but the screen remains dead.
I gave the phone to the service center on 11-July 2012. I got the ticket number later which was 12INA280006304. But my phone is still lying at the service center because they could not find a part.
after 20 days I called the customer care and asked for the update but still after so many days my phone is still lying at the same place with the same part missing new ticket number 12INC310004329.
After Reading the above case I am scared about the return time of the phone and problem getting resolved.
