The HTC touch P3400i is a better buy compared to the Nokia that u are comparing it with. reasons being
1) the Nokia high end phones aren’t very good with battery back up
2) the Nokia that u are talking about hangs pretty often
3) I recently exchanged a Nokia N73 with a HTC P3400i and the performance of the mobile is great
4) HTc with an average of close to 30 calls a day lasts for 2 full days without recharge
5) The music manager is good. amazing sound quality...like the Samsung i-phones they also have 3-D sound effects and you can cut and crop a song to make it a ring tone with relative ease.
6) some showrooms give a bluetooth handsfree headset free of cost with the phone...see if u can get that offer.
7) the in-call facilities are good. saving numbers and messaging data/MMS/business cards is fairly easy. it is quiet a user friendly phone though at places it falls behind when compared to a Nokia.
8) it comes with a free genuine leather case(handy)
9) compatible with both Vista and XP
