Nice business phone

It’s been a long time since I have written a review here. I bought this really neat phone sometime back and after using it for a few weeks would like to comment on the device. I hope this review will help others who are planning to get the same device.

I’ve been a gadget fan all my life. I love having gadgets to help me maky my life simpler and better.

3 years back I had purchased a **Motorokr E6** which is still going strong. At that time a windows mobile phone was very expensive and the closes to a touch I could purchase was the **E6**. I still love the **Real playe**r, the **3.5MM** jack, the camera(macro feature) in the **E6**. But now, I wanted to move on. I wanted something that I can synchronize with my Microsoft Outlook, browse the web much faster, or you can say, I wanted something with a faster processor and more storage and better visuals.

A little hard on the pocket, I was on the lookout and one day I saw this advertisement at the office, where one of my friend was selling his 5 month old **P3400**. I had to have a look at it. I met my friend and saw the device which was in mint condition and he was selling it for a second hand price of just **Rs.6, 500**. I had no second thoughts about it and went for it immediately. I’ve been in awe of this ever since I got it.

The first few days after I bought it, I installed applications on it that would hang the OS, slow it down and several apps later, several trials and errors, I feel I have the best of the apps available and the phone is running very effeciently too.

The best thing about it is - the feel good factor, holding it in your palm feels like you have something really expensive and the software just maximizes this feel good factor.

Somethings that I hate about this is that, when connected to a PC, transfer is done using ActiveSync which is slow, very slow, than a normal usb transfer(especially for large videos and music files), The dimensions are a little boxy, the stylus is a bit short(but I dont need that now since I have SPB full screen keyboard app installed) and the fact that charging and headphone connector is in the same place.

I browse the internet on this, play games, store my daily appointments and tasks. It works like a charm.

In the market, this device now costs **Rs.9, 500.00** which I think is a good investment for a phone that offers so much.

Bottom line, if you are looking to get a really inexpensie windows mobile, go for the **P3400**.
