I am an owner of HTC smart handset and only within one month I started facing the problem of touch screen getting darker day by day upto the extent that after one month it got so dark I couldn’t read the screen.
Handset getting hang was with the very starting.
Overall in short don’t go for this handset bcoz the screen is not reliable and the company doesn’t care about the manufacturing flaw.
Only option left with the Indian customer is keep on going to the service as long as the handset is under warranty and after that to get the job done on paid basis.
HTC has gone down on my expectations as a touchscreen handset manufacturer.
This is indeed a cheap option after Apple and Blackberry but now I feel I did a blunder by sparing money from ny handset purchase bill and opting for HTC Smart.
Same complaint is also seen by my friend in his newly purchased handset.
