I purchased this phone for my mothers birthday who had
never owned a smartphone or Internet before, after
reading such great reviews on how easy/user friendly
they are and as a cheaper phone to my iPhone I am so
disappointed on how hard it is to use/navagate to change settings etc.
I was trying to download some apps ( info. games) and
nearly NONE are downloadable! Very slow and sometimes freezes and shuts down for no reason!
This is worst phone ever.
