It’s Milan here, I’ve buy a Smart phone from HTC company .

Before buying the phone I visited their official website for better information bout its specs asper the website the internal memory of phone is stated as 512 mb hence I purchased the phone and after bout few days of use I could not install some apps as I was getting low memory pop up and then I realized user available memory is only 150 mb !
I bought the phone in good faith trusting the info provided by the company website
but guess it turned out to be hollow. A android phone is no good if we can’t install apps we like on it. All other phone companies explicitly mention user available memory in their spec sheet.
If HTC had done the same I wouldn’t be facing this problem.
Have been haggling with HTC customer support for a proper replacement have been advised that my case is being looked into by a escalation manager
Please do not trust HTC website info check the phones spec physically before spending your hard earned money.
