Honor 4x is a great budget phone. I have been using it for about a year and it performed well. The specs are - 5.5" HD display, 2 GB Ram, 8 GB internal memory, 13 mp rear camera, 5 mp front snapper, 3000 mah battery, snapdragon 410 soc and dual sim 4G capability. Overall it is a great phone for day to day usage and battery provides sufficient juice for a whole day. There is no app lagging however occasional lag is there but not much to be an issue. Gaming is good but heavy gaming is not recommended on it. Camera quality is good for its segment.
