It makes me wonder why mumbai ppl like B grade film makers like johar’s chopra’s and bharjatya’s???
HUM TUM has really nothing new to offer..OLD WINE IN A NEW BOTTLE..
The film starts of quite well...the interactions between saif and rani in the first few minutes of the film are praiseworthy..
Karan(saif) is a cartoonist TOI publishes his HUM TUM feature..karan is a complete flirt(no surprise this guy is doing the same type of roles) and rhea(rani) is his new shikar..
They meet in a flight which is supposed to go to NY...as expected they are complete opposite character...karan then kisses rhea who in turn slaps her..
Well later after 6 months karan is spotted with shenaz by rhea..so it happens in hindi films rhea and shenaz are friends and rhea tells her about the incident and shenaz karan relationship ends..
Later in mumbai rani is getting married with abhiskek bachchan(Damn sure this film will fail!!!!!!..AB jr brings his bad luck to every film he acts)
They marry and later AB jr dies.....
Karan visits his father rishi kappor who is a photographer in paris he then meets rhea in a train who tells her AB jr is dead....
Then the story involves how saif tries to help her by trying to match jimmy shergil and rhea but fails later realising that he has fallen love with rhea..all that rhona dhona usual bollywood stuff..
The positive points of the film is saif..he is too good..nice sense of humour and one liners..
Rani is awful(both in looks and acting)
Others are okay dokay..
Music of the film is also nice there are 4 songs..nice job by jatin lalit.
The first half is enjoyable but the second half is horrible better not watch it...
The climax is very slow they have stretched as far as possible..
The film has cartoon network!!!!thats what public reaction
...every one during the interval were stating this film should have been named cartoon network...the cartoon characters are boring and horrible have no sense..
Well on the whole this film is a sure flop thanks to AB jr presence..
oh yes kunal kohli has done better job than his first flick...
Okay I don’t recommend this flick to you, dont waste ur money they will air this film on ZEE tv thursday premeir within 6 months..
