The songs are a let down as well. None of the songs are anything to write home about. After hearing the songs of ‘Humko Deewana Kar Gaye’, it appears that Malik recycled his unreleased compositions from the 1990s The album is like old rum in a new, unattractive bottle.
For Your Eyes Only’ comes as a welcome respite in this album of plain melodies. This peppy dance number is sung by Sonu Nigam. Its remix by Jatin Sharma doesn’t disappoint either.‘Rock Star’ is like a mishmash of rock, pop and bhangra. Although a foot-tapping number, the song lacks a hummable melody. In short, the songs of ‘Humko Deewana Kar Gaye’ are not just out of sync with the present musical trends, they are overtly sugary, sad and sleep inducing. The songs are a let down as well. None of the songs are anything to write home about.
Raj Kanwar has apparently taken a lot of inspiration from Hollywood and Bollywood movies.
performance of akshay trying something sweet and hardworking as usal.Katrina Kaif is getting better with every film. She is less wooden and more expressive in emotional scenes. Her natural beauty is beyond question and her styling in the film is just breathtaking like Bipasha Basu and Anil Kapoor carry their roles with noproblem. Bhagyashree as Akshay’s sister gives an adequate performance.i think helen looks more beautifull as she can dance at this age. but I feel bipasha is wasted and anil is the suprised in the movie.
the movie reminds of khoon bhari mang in the climax Does true love manage to find its way or do the lovers make peace with their destiny?
