Probably one of the best contest Indian site in terms of content and games.But thier customer service sucks man. I have never won anything big on hungama in the last 4 years and can u guys believe this I still contest there.Dont ask me why.Maybe I have left my brains somewhere and I cant think straight.
Last week they had mega sweepstakes and as always I didnt win a thing.Can you hear me sobbing?????And to make it worse I bet all my 2 lakhs plus points I had no choice you see.
If you wanna to just play n have fun than this is the place.Dont expect anything that they promise.Take it from me they just dont deliver.nor do they bother to reply to your mails.Your 15 odd mails may get you one reply.I got my earrings which I had redemmed my points for after nearly a year.that also after polite, respectful, threatning to go public and stuff like that.I fight for what is right and I would continue to do so.If that causes a HUNGAMA so be it.
