Straight from the heart of a true ’’Hungaman-ian’’ or a ’’Hungama-ite’’ ( u may select the one that sounds correct grammatically and phonetically), is this review.
My relationship with Hungama.com started off in the year 1998 and trust me (although I am trusted only by two members), its a pretty steady one and have benefited a lot from it-be it freebies, redeemed articles , general knowledge or simply fun.

Student: You have lots of fun , loads of music and mom is happy to see the tit-bits that I get from it.......

How to start---
Most of my friends were confused when they went to site as they didn’t find the register button. Just go to one of the contests , play it and at the end you get the option for registering if you are not a member.
And when you register, please give the correct address (obviously) as you wouldn’t want to lose out the prizes you’ve won which will be intimated by the email. So what if there is a long gap between the intimation and the arrival of the prize, as long as you get it , its absolutely fine. humein aam khaaney sey matlab hai , toa gitliyaan kyoon ginein.

Hungama trivia is the cream of all the contests. You get a variety of questions from general to bollywood to Hollywood to business to history to music to advertising and last but not the least cartoons. The first two are hourly trivia and I keep my fingers crossed every hour to see my name in the winners list. I agree that at times the questions are repeated but …good for us as we already know the what to mark.You get to know the answer to the previous question that u attempted when you answer the current question. Should say, this section has increased my g.k to some extent.
All those who are in for a decent gaming session, good news – its like soney pey suhaaga, while playing u tend to get the hungama points which u can submit it to your account and if you are one of the top ten gamers of the day then “chaandi hi chaandi”. The games are simple yet interesting and covers the following range :

Site is quite informative and interactive regarding music.For example, includes the chart toppers, has a tie up with indiafm , interview with a celebrity and the list goes on.
The other categories are Daily Sweepstakes, titan fast-track zone, cricket, coco-cola zone which are one of the means to earn points and enjoy (hey…this is applicable to those who have cable net access ‘coz in one hour you just can’t seem to get enough from this site…..or to those who have free access to net somehow or the other).
Finale:
Frankly speaking, I basically visit this site for plain and pure enjoyment but if I tend to get something in return via redemption center, its like an icing on the cake. Once upon a time my name was in the Hall of Fame ‘coz I had scored more than 2.5 lakhs point but got it redeemed for a cool-looking cap, hair conditioner (Avon product which is damn costly outside) and choker (jewellery section) . Well, it so happens that sometimes the items are not available and they are replenishing the stock but I don’t find any reason to get agitated because patience always pays. Mom was happy to see the stuffs that I got for her (without spending a pie but don’t remind me of the telephone bills).
Wise Words: The moral of the story is that HUNGAMA is <=> fun ga ma provided you use it efficiently and patiently without affecting the momentum of your other activities. What you can do is take a tour initially, then identify your source of interests and make it a point to visit them say atleast twice a week or so. “Boond boond sey matka bhartha hai”..slowly and steadily as you gain interest and points , you ‘ll get addicted to it and hopefully will thank me if you are on a winning spree………
