This amazing lake is spread in heart shape and is the centre of Hyderabad. Hussain sagar is fed by Musi river.
There is a laser fountain show available at the entrance of lake which is one of its kind in India where they are explaining the change in recent culture from old one and the unique values city has! Then boats are there to travel across the lake. It has also the Indian flag at the corner with mesmerising lighting. It looks amazing.
Monolithic statue of Buddha is the best thing about the lake and everybody is there to visit the same in their mind. It was transported from Raigiri on 192 wheels over a distance of 60 km on 1st of December, 1992. Dimensions of statue is unbelievable. It is of 17 meters height and has a weight of 320 tonnes. Nowadays, it is promoted by Telangana tourism.
