I always ignored people who thought that their mobile service was better than mine, and I would always try to make them understand that Hutch is always a step ahead, and boy was I right, Hutch is another step ahead from everyone in this new kind of harassment, this message is quite familiar with pre-paid customers, but this is a new page for post-paid customers.
Imagine you are in a life-n-death situation and you need to make an urgent call, you select/dial the desired number and hit call the first thing that you hear is - "Hello, your Hutch phone is currently active however please pay your outstanding at the earliest, to know your Hutch bill SMS Bill to 111" huh! – Doop, you’re dead
10 seconds in hell every time you make a call, that’s so innovative-now why didn’t I think of that.
I had been to the Hutch Gallery and informed them about my payment method, and I was given an assurance that no inconvenience would be bestowed upon me until the 8th of every month(thats the day I pay my bill), did I miss out on time or am I having short term memory loss today is the 24th of August and there are still 15 days to go, how could I have missed something so important.
If anyone from Hutch is reading this, please if you really know what customer service is use your brains and implement it, cause what you are doing is digging your own grave, a happy customer is a free advertisement of your services, but even when you annoy one unintentionally, all your goodwill is down the drain.
