I am one of the old customer of HUTCH celluar services for past three years, not becoz of any brand loyalty but becoz of got trapped in the process of having constant mobile number to meet the needs of my age old personal contacts....otherwise it happens to be very costly billings.
No encouragement for post paid customers inspite of minting huge revenues ( as money is collected from customers well in advance), poor services from customer care executives in terms of thier indifferent attitude and loss of valuable resources in waiting in long ques in most of the times (ecspecially at thier Baroda centre), lots of hidden costs, no proper coverage once you reach even major towns, overconfidenece on the part of management, unreasonable call, clip & roaming charges....
So many...made lots of my friends predominantly of HUTCH users forced them to switch over to cheaper and efficient celluar services recently...May I request VODOFONE management to open eyes right now to address such perenial issues much before they loose thier market share, customer confidence and profits in the near future.May be the CUSTOMER is not the KING/QUEEN but not atleast an INNOCENT, with so much of market information is available at finger tip.Pl wake up to the reality !
