Recently it happened to my family that the luggage locks have been broken which is clearly done by some people in the airport.
Also, they have illegally collected Rs 200, from my family while forcefully bringing her luggage outside. Initially they said that it was a service, but on the way demanded money for bringing the luggage. It was done by some ’uniformed’ personae in the airport.
