I ordered a cake to one of my relative using hyderabadonlineflorists. I paid online. They say that the cake or any item will be delivered in a single day with in hyderabad.During my online transaction, my session timed out, but my money was transferred to the online account.
I contacted the customer support(they say its a customer support who never picks the phone), after 5 or 10 times customer care people picked the phone and said we will revert back.But even after 1 week they didn’t responded back, I don’t know what happened to the money I transfered.
So when ever you try to send something like cake or flowers to your friend be aware of these sites.There are less chance that your order will reach your friend at time and also there won’t be any proper customer support, regarding what happened to your order.I have spent money on ordering the cake and also tried to contact them through phone, so much of my efforts are wasted but nothing will be done.
