Poor Quality of Accent CRDI

I am exploring possibilities for legal action against Hyundai, India. The reasons are as given below:   I have sent my vehicle for 7 times to  Hyundai and each time it is kept in the garage for more than 2 weeks (you can verify these facts from your records). Every time I get back my vehicle, there will be another type of  problem with the vehicle.   For last 2 years the vehicle is going through this problem and I have been complaining about it to Hyundai customer care.   I do not want to be harassed again and again and hence please give me back my Rs. 7.8 laks and take back your vehicle.

: Dear All, I have purchased Hyundai Accent CRDi in December 2003 and within 2 years and 10 months I have been facing problems related to vehicle. Please see the chain of mails below. I had problems related to Airconditioner, brakes, door glass, chasis or body was rusted and now with my self starter motor. I am not able to start my vehicle now and I do not know what problems I am goinng to face in future.   Is this quality of vehicles being sold in India? I have been writing mails to customer care and there is no reply to my complaint. I have also registered a complaint with toll free number (1-26796), but still now one from Hyundai has contacted me.   I am really dis-satisfied with the qualiy of vehicles as I have been facing so many problems. I request you to intervene so that my vehicle can be replaced with a good vehicle of same make so that I can be satisfied customer.
