We recently moved back to Chennai from US and wanted a car for city use. With narrow roads and heavy traffic. My list narrowed down to one of the small cars - Hyundai i10. We were shopping around, both for used and new cars by responding to ads. My husband and I were driving past mount road and spotted Kun Hyundai showroom and thought we could quickly make a stop and find out what’s the best they will offer. The showroom wasn’t that crowded. There were couple of people around waiting to help. We were assisted by Mr.Raj Kumar. He briefed us about the models and gave us the exact quote. But still we were not quite happy with the additional amenities that we were offered.
So we told Raj to get back to us once he is ready to accept our offer. He got back to us and came in person to finalize the deal. He told us about the loyalty discount which helped us sign the papers immediately. We were already tired of the customer service that we have been receiving after we buy a product. The delivery for any product after we pay the price for it is very bad with most of the dealers.
So we were not that confident when we were told that our car will be delivered in 4 days. But to our surprise Raj called us at the exact time promised and was with us at the time of delivery. We were happy customers and the promptness by Raj and Kun Hyundai took us for surprise. We would definitely recommend Kun Hyundai and Raj to our friends and go back there for our second car not that the city can handle one more !!!.
