I dont see the funda behind a smaller engined Getz (with the 1100cc Santro engine). It is not more fuel efficient than the 1.3 version, neither is it way cheaper than the 1.3 version too. The sales are telling the truth, it isnt doing that well in the market. I always loved the 1.3 Getz, has decent comfort and good interior space. Runs well too. the 1.1L Getz has been a disappoitmentRecently, with the face lift , the Getz does look better but still not good enough to beat the segment leader, the swift. There is news in the industry about the new CRDi Getz, that should do wonders to its sales.
In short, I like the Getz (1.3) for its looks and peppy engine, the spacious interiors is a plus point too. But what I dont like is the feel of the material used inside and lastly, the diesel option!
