I owe a Hyundai I 10 magna about 11 months old. It is an excellent car with a lot of driving comfort and sufficient space. But in summers when the AC is on and you have to negotiate speed breakers then a power lag is felt for a few seconds. Also the rear door have no separate lock and is open when the central locking is open. As far as mileage is concerned it gives excellent mileage between the speed of 50-60 kmph without the AC. What I have observed is that the car performs well and is smooth upto the speed of 100-120 kmph and after that the vibration starts.
The service network I must say is one of the best and above all is the roadside assistance. Although hyundai have this excellent service of roadside assistance but it should keep a strict check on its dealers to implement their services. I also want to know from Hyundai that if w, e the users are not satisfied with the services of the authorised dealers or service centres then what should be done? I hope the way Hyundai is expanding their network the customers benefits and services should also be taken into account.
I also want to know tha am I eligible to get some cash back as per their scheme as I bought my I 10 magna by selling my old car of other make.
