I am writing this mail for people those who prefer Hyundai i10 especially for DSC Customers, Chennai.. Whenever u buy a car, check not only the dealer but also look for post Sale Service. I bought a car in DSC chennai (Nandanam) branch. Before buying the car in that branch.
I enquired all the dealers and then bought it at good rate with extra car accessories avoiding Hyundai Main dealer in Ekaduthangal because of price difference. but now I am feeling bad about my thoughts why I bought this car From DSC. I am facing very bad experience with DSC Service Center, Chinnalmalai (Near Saidapet).
The main point I would like to share about DSC Service Center.
1) whenever you give the car, they wont deliver at the right time what they have mentioned earlier. If you are leaving the car for body shop, they will put you car in a place like dumpyard and they will not treat ur car as valuable product. There is no skilled and experienced person in DSC. They dont know the meaning of repair and adjustments. They always go for replacement items and never insist or advise when we can manage or not. . Customer service for them is behind the roads and out of scope. They assure a lot of things while selling, but post-sales service is awful and realy mind frustrating. This is my bad experience.. so pls be so careful.
2) They are keen in getting the amount from the customer first without knowing what we are expecting from them.Besides when we say that we are going for Insurance, they doesn’t bother about the Customer willingness what to change. They simply add on something for replacement without suggesting what really needs to be changed. They should ask Customer for their opinions and suggestions. They never bother about that. they say that we have tied up only with New india (Tnagar branch) though we have New india insurace other branch they never accept it. they say us to pay full amount and then we should get it from Insurance.
3) Sometimes they don’t give bills to the customer for past 1 month saying that the computer is in repair. Then how come other customers who opt for Insurance settle the bills. Don’t they know Bill is necessary. Don’t they take immediate steps in resolving this. Customer keep on asking bills in daily calls, but they never answer properly and also refuses to give bill.
Then during billing payment, they give a feedback form where customer is not allowed to enter .. they just insist us to sign at the bottom and they enter good feedback among themselves. Then what is the use of feedback.
4) When car is given for Serice or repair work, they go for replacament parts. but only by changing new parts and showcasing with Wax Polish, they deliver the car. They dont do test drive if the car engine sound is good or not. any sound is coming while driving noting that car went for repair only for accident. good service engineers should do impact analysis to precheck if they have given the quality sevice or not. They never bother about that. Most people are very lazy in getting things right at a time,
5) Similarly while delivering the car, they ask us to wait atleast for 3 hrs sayig the car will ready in another 10 min. At that time they will be doing water service and polishing. dont they call us to come at right time to pick the car. Being all this, we should have brought second hand car or we should have given service and repair in outstations.
This is real frustrating to us. Being a reputed company, we buy for Hyundai Products. But because of this service center, we are really worried about why we selected Hyundai. Instead we should have opt for another car company. But overall Car is very good car and pleasant to drive. The only point is CHOOSE THE BEST DEALER KEEPING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FIRST THOUGHT. They should not treat u like Beggars and Street Hawkers.
Note : This is not the writings from a single person view point. Most of my friends faces this problem. Because of this problem, each one can give suggestions to new customers for not to buy this product at DSC because of lack of service and poor customer service and inadequate facilities.
