I am planning to buy a new car and have done a fair bit of research for the same. Having a budget of~4L, I have decided on a Hyundai i10. But am a bit confused on two accounts:
- Magna v/s Sportz: Though the sportz variant has well integrated and trendy interiors, it comes at a premium of 30K. The only material difference I see wrt Magna is additional spoilers, rear wipers/defoggers and music system. Some crude estimations show I could get these integrated into Magna spending only~20K. Is the 30K premium justified. Which variant do you suggest?
2.Timing of purchase: The dealer I contracted suggested I book now or wait till diwali to avail a good discount. Does this make sense? Could you help me understand things I can negotiate upon?
This is my first car and I plan to drive it for~20kms daily in delhi. Is i10 a good choice? How do alternatives compare?
