I own a Hyundai i20 Magna, which I purchased on 3rd July 2010. My biggest mistake was that I purchased this car on Blind trust on Hyundai, thinking thats its charging a premium it has to be good.
Apart from a good looking car , I did not get anything to be proud off.
The biggest mistakes in i20:
The a/c sucks. It is really sad between 20 to 24 degrees unlike the Swift which is awesum even at these temperatures.
Mileage of only 7.5 kms in city which is highly disappointing.
The main reason Y you should not buy a i20 is because of its "SUSPENSION PROBLEM"
Everytime you it a pothole it makes a loud noise "KADAK". mY 2000 model Honda City has a better suspention than this. The suspension has a big issue. Both the front and the back suspension.
SEARCH THE NET AND YOU WILL FIND THREADS TO THIS SUSPENSION AND STEERING RATTLING PROBLEM FACED BY ALMOST ALL i20 USERS
I have already made this mistake.
But want to open your eyes and request you to make a right choice.
If good looks are all you want and you dont care about the problems go for an i20
otherwise you are intellegent enough to decide after reading the user reviews!!!!!
