I am writing this comment with ref to the comment written by amnish..!
Well mine and your story is the same except I ended with car in flat 12 days... from the time of booking...HMP may have the worst customer centric approach in the world, in fact I think guys selling tractors in rural india are much better off with their commitment..!
I dont even have the words to sum up the exp, I needed to gift this car to me wife and they made the exp of buying a new car into a nightmare...!
Finally I got hold the mobile number of their super boss who happens to be a korean which made them deliever the car the very next day...! alll thanks to him wish the managers were as customer focused like him, I am sure he might not have lost you as a customer...!
BUT the verdict is despite the ugly exp...! the sheer pleasure of driving i20 made me forget all that I went through..! its a total value for money...!
But for heavens sake dont go to HMP..! hope someone in Hyundai reads this and takes some action before its to late...!
