Team,
Recently I had purchased Hyundai i20 ASTA Model Diesel Car from KUN Hyundai, Chennai .
My vehicle number: TN 22 CP 9862
Not even a month completed, Car Battery have issue and unable to start the car .
Day1(Saturday): Made the complaint with KUN Hyundai service team. Service man came and starts the car with the help of another battery, and he requested to place the car in running position for 45 mins and he left the place. After 45 mins I stop and start the car again issue remains same I am not able to start the car, I call the same person again he assist me to call Hyundai service help line directly, So I did the same, Hyundai service person came and he was helpless . So I called service and Sales representative of KUN Hyundai, both of them promise me that they can fix the issue only by Monday even services center is opened on Sunday.
Day 2(Sunday): no action .
Day 3(Monday): I called them again, Service person promise me that he will come and pick the car and fix the issue within End of Day. They pick the car but no reply
Day 4(Tuesday): Morning I called them again, they promised me with in EOD they will Close the issue, Evening I call them again they replied me, they can update the status only by Wednesday when they can fix the issue.
I am clue less and frustrated, four day passed still they are not able to give the commitment to the customer when they will fix the issue?
List of other complaint:
1) Automatic lock is not working, when I check with service person they cheated me 2014 model i20 car don’t have this features only previous version of i20 car have automatic lock at 40 km, How a company can deprecate such option in new version?
2) I am not able to change the songs while phone connected via Bluetooth, they replied me i20 car don’t have this feature but i10 grand have this option. How low end version have this option but not in high end version? I purchase ASTA model its the high end variant in i20.
3) Will they give proper demo: No; They didnt educate the customer on child lock, how to set automatic weather control and other best options in car, Customer need to read the manual to understand it .
4) While purchase I noticed that Insurance cost is high compare with online insurance of same company( Bharthi axa), 10 k difference .Sales person not able to give any explanation, instead of that he threaten me, if you take the insurance outside KUN Hyundai, company won’t support you in claim processing and Customer need to take care of claim processing .
I clearly understand I got cheated by the car company, if any one have any clue kindly assist me
The customer support, customer satisfaction is zero .

No use they will send one mail they will revert you within 3-5 days of time they won’t take any action.
Please don’t go for Hyundai, particularly Kun Hyundai. Don’t choose i20 car
