Two years after the Elite i20 was introduced, Hyundai has finally equipped it with an automatic transmission. Available only in the Magna grade, it borrows the old 1.4-litre petrol engine and 4-speed torque-converter automatic from its predecessor. Hyundai has also silently updated the top-spec Asta( O) variant, that now gets six airbags instead of two. The Elite i20 is also available with a 90PS 1.4-litre diesel and an 83PS 1.2-litre petrol motor paired with manual transmissions.
