Experience buying the car

Buying your first car is supposed to be one of your biggest highs in life. But for me it was the worst experience ever. I regret ever buying a Santro just for the simple reason what the dealer put us through.


Since we paid the the whole amount in advance we had no option but to buy the car. The car was delivered to us 15 days after the promised time, which incidentally was 10 days. We had to call up at least 25 times to expedite the process.


We were promised central locking and gear lock at the time of paying but at the time of delv. The dealership just refused us point blank. After threatening that we will complain to the company, then did they delivered. We would leave our nos and nobody would call and revert. The whole experience simply put us off.


I dont’ think I would ever recommend the car to anyone, in spite of being a lovely car, the bad experience of buying it over shadows all the good driving experience of the car and believe me I havent’ even mentioned what I went through in my first free service and the big scratch my car window came back with.
