Car-Good , Dealer - Bad

I bought Hyundai Santro eRLX XK on 1st July 2007 from Narmada Hyundai, Bhopal.


For everything, right from the delivery to documents, I got bothered by the dealer.


At first, I submitted all my documents, made the down payment but after a long wait, finally I got my car on 1st July, but without complete documents.


Everyday after coming from my office I used to run around dealer’s office to get my warranty papers, invoices, insurance etc.


The contact person: Mr. Pushpak Vyas(Marketing) promised to deliver things on time but never delivered.


Even calling on him is a shear waste of time; he never picks up his phone.


Its 2 months by now and still I didn’t get my number plate and registration card.


On the brighter side, the car itself is very good. No complains.


Mileage is good; looks, space etc are excellent.


Pickup is wonderful.


The only problem is the unprofessional attitude of marketing people. Telling lies, fooling people and just wasting their precious time is the kind of work they do for their company.


Their moto is “Once the product is sold, forget the customer”.


I think this attitude is very dangerous for Hyundai itself.


Hyundai must look into this matter and should make some regulations before giving their dealership to anyone.
