I purchased Santro Zing eRLX GL model last week. Before going for Santro I had tried almost all cars in this segment. But finally deiced to go for Santro since it covered all the things I required.
I drove the car for about 500 KMS in just 2 days through City and highway. At the very first time it gave me mileage of 14 with AC on.
I’m very much impressed by the performance of Santro.
I agree to some of reviews like the gear shifting though very smooth , it required push in leg of co-passenger seating next to you. (But this is manageable)
Rest all the things I liked it. I’ll keep on posting my reviews almost every week as I run the meter to more digits.
I just have to comment on one thing for Hyundai. The Service centers are still very less compared to total cars sold. At least in big Cities like Pune you can see 6 cars out of 10 on signal. But there are 3 service centers which are company owned.
I have one small query. I have purchased new Santro last week. I have used it for about 500 Kilometers till date. I wanted to to go on a small trip for 3 days. The trip involves total running of about 1000 Kms and has about 4 or 5 high Ghats.
Please advice me if I can take my new car or shall wait for 1st servicing to be completed. It is written in manual that for first 800 KMS do not accelerate car for more than 80 KM/H. But will it be ok if I maintain this speed limit and have this trip done with my new car? Experts please advice me fast so that I can make arrangements accordingly.
I will be going with my family members total 4 people. Please reply fast .
