I had purchased a Hyundai Xcent SX(O) in december 2014.
The car has completed almost a year now. I must say that Hyundai quality in some cases is very poor. I have been facing quality issues as follows.
1) Brake drums rusting
2) Chrome on door handles blistering
3) Rear door rusting
4) Suspension knuckles rusting.
5) Headlamps frosting
6) Noisy suspension
7) Alloy wheel paint peeling off
I would like to mention that I have faced these problems despite the fact that the car was never driven in the monsoons and always parked in the shade, sheltered from rain and sun, when not in use.
The dealer did not take any interest in attending to the problems and I had to finally write to Hyundai customer care.
After a couple of mails even Hyundai has stopped responding
I did not expect such a product and such a response from a reputed brand like Hyundai.
Please beware and think hard before deciding to buy a Hyundai product.
