I am using ION internet from a long time. Every single day I face the following issues:
Network lost
Speed low suddenly
Wait for half an hour to get the service back
Rais a ticket everyday is my daily routine.They aend u sms that your problem is resolved but actually it isn’t. U call customer care they assure they will help but again same. The technicians themaelves update the issues is resolved without informing us.
