Hi my name is Ranjeet and I am going to share my experience with iBall Andi 5L Rider, I brought this phone privious year from a near store at manimajra, chandigarh. The mobile works good for the first six months but after that it starts hanging and I am facing some touch screen issue on it, after that I take it to the iBall service center and the service executive said that the screen needs to be replaced and it takes time about fifteen to twenty days so I leave the phone and takes the job sheet of mobile and then wait for it but even after twenty days the screen is not changed and then they parcelled my phone to their gurugram hub and said that it comes after two weeks but nothing happend which was the most irrigating thing after a long wait of two months I recived my mobile. The service is very very bad please never buy anything from iBall
