I am using this iball sprinter mobile and had a first and last time bad experience with this brand.
After buying it from sector 14 gurgaon I got a serious issue in my phone, it use to get switch off anytime so I went to the iball care and I appealed for a new handset buy they denyed and repaired the same set.
After that when it crossed 2 months again same issue with the phone so again I went to service centre and told them the issue, then they asked me to handover the mobile to care for 7-10 days I was so surprised I mean who keep the phone for 10 days to repair it. What kind of service you guys are providing to the customers. But still I hadover my mobile to service centre after a big arguement as I didn’t have choice and got it back after 2 weeks and it was running properly this time.
After this incident hardly it crossed 6 months again I started feeling some other issues with battery and screen. There was a white line inside the screen which looks bad while using it. So same again I went to the centre and asked them what is this. So executive told me that the motherboard is not ok and again he took it for 10 days to repair and after resolving the issue I got it back.
After 3 months of usage from that time I started facing battery issue. Battry use to show 100% and then suddenly after 1 hour it become 10% . When I put it on charging it shows you mobile is fully charged please remove the charger. So again I went to the store and I got the battery changed.
Now its working fine but dont know by what time. Worst service and product experience I ever had with iball which is such a big brand in india.
