I ordered this product iball compbook excelance on 14 September 2017 from snapdeal for my brother .It cost me about 10899 inr .This notebook is not upto the mark the keyboard is really worst. The problem of this notebook is when I try to login some of the letters cant get typed , so I used on-screen keyboard to login . After login keyboard works fine. It has 2gb of ram and 32 gb of eMMC storage, which is not sufficient to run many applications. There is no optical drive as well.
friends I suggest not to buy this product if you are a student or a professional, this product is just for web browsing and watching videos online.
