User friendly: -Definietely not user friendly because the body material of this laptop feels extremely bad it feels like you are getting cheated for the price that they are offering this laptop.
Reliability & satisfaction: -You cannot rely on this product as it has got 2gb Ram and 32gb hard disk it seems like they are offering a smartphone but even the smartphone will run better than it.the mouse trackpad of this laptop is very dull when you use the trackpad it seems like it will get broken automatically.
Value for money: -It is not great value for money by giving just a bigger battery doesn’t mean the buyer will buy it, whats the point of a battery if the laptop doesn’t runs smooth.
Service & support: -The service & support staff of iball is very bad just like every Chinese companies claiming to be good but in reality they are bad.
