Hello , I am going to review on " iBall Compbook Flip-x5 2-in-1 " , its just one of the worst and slowest laptop that I have ever operated . It has 2GB of RAM only that is why it is very much slow and the processor is just about 1.4 gHz which is not sufficient to run 2 or 3 application at the same time . In this laptop 32GB of internal memory has been provided . The battery backup is just 6 hours which is very low , when I use this laptop for continuous time it gets very much heat up . In this laptop Intel HD graphics card is provided , which is a very older graphics card .
User friendly : This laptop is not user friendly as because it get very much hang as the processor and the RAM is very low . User can’t use this for continuous 2 to 3 hours .
Reliability and Satisfaction : I can’t rely on this laptop , because it gets heat up , and the battery back up is also not that much good .
Value for money : It offers 14500 Rs to buy this product , which is very high at such a low rate of features . It is not a value for money product .
Service and support : The customer service and support is also not good . I have contacted them many times for servicing the laptop and they didn’t respond me .
I am not recommend anyone to buy this laptop .
