Iball sells mobiles. But if you go to buy any of its spares including its batteries, you will not find it anywhere and your mobile becomes useless. I had bought a mobile for my parents. its cradle charger immediately after a months, started malfunctioning. The battery had some problem and it bulged from the top after a few months. The mobile became useless as I couldn’t find its battery anywhere. what is use of selling a mobile when iball cannot supply even its battery?
Also one of hinge of its body cover got broken and I could not find its body cover in any of the shop either in Delhi or Mumbai.
It seems iball buy cheap mobiles from china and dump it here. What an unethical business practice!
