I bought this tablet for my brother has he needs internet for doing his homework and he won’t learn many things from an online study materials. It was going good until 3 weeks. The tablet started to show its age. It started to lag and the screen became really unresponsive. The tablet cannot run simple games like Temple Run and Subway Surfers properly, although it has caught and 1.2 gigahertz Quad Core processor and a 512MB of Ram with an internal 8GB memory and an expandable memory slot and you can call from this tab has it support sim card and use internet through 3 G. You will never get an Android update even a security update from iBall. I went to their service centre and the place is so poor that they even don’t have a receptionist and the staff are really rude . That tablet looks bulky and heavy and the screen quality is pathetic. Yes I know this is a cheap product but it does not maintain any standards and is really very outdated specifications. Please don’t go for this tablet cause it will burn all your money. Buy an Android phone with this money you will easily get your MI redmi 5A one.or d and many other brands with design specifications and very good customer support.
