The things I hate about the iBall Slide yes its poor Software and Hardware if I want to comment on it then I was suggested the iBall Slide to improve the compatibility of its tablets the thing I want to highlight is version of the Android I think that it is running on KitKat Jelly Bean so please try to make happy your customer so they will purchase you.
