Purchased this item on 10 Oct 2017. It took me this long to write a review and a bad one because I probably might be the most optimistic person who got madly frustrated regarding the service for this product. It worked well and good for exactly two months and then suddenly it stopped working. Believe me, I tried everything. Seller says, don’t worry, you got warranty and he says nothing but to contact the customer care. The customer care did not respond to either calls or email. I searched for and went to the nearest service center and only to be turned down by them as they have never even heard that iBall makes a stick PC. Their advice is again to call the customer care. Looped forever. If only the customer service was better, the product would’ve been worth for the price. But now its a total waste of money as well as my precious time. This really brought down my trust upon the ideology to buy Indian company products.
